WTF? DEFRA approved air routes to EU
July 26, 2007
If you want to travel from the UK to continental Europe with a pet, you cannot travel from an airport in Scotland, Wales or NI. You can only travel from an English airport.
I want to leave home finally at the age of 43….have to really…and I want to take my beloved cat with me……He’s old and has a heart condition and I want to make his journey as stress-free as I can…
I CANNOT ADD ANOTHER ARDUOUS JOURNEY ONTO AN ALREADY STRESSFUL ONE.
Gawd, Victoria Beckham is ugly….

She looks more like a freak every time I happen upon pictures of her, especially if they’re MOVING. I caught some film of her poncing about with a baseball on the telly the other day and was stunned at how freakish she looks these days.
She looked like nothing so much as a small, self-conscious child with a serious shoulder deformity tottering around on her Mother’s high heels. Eurgh….
On the other hand…..

“The firefighter who confronted one of the 21 July suicide bombers after his failed attacks feared passengers were going to be killed with a “dirty bomb”.
Angus Campbell stayed on the Tube to shout at Ramzi Mohammed after the bomber’s main device failed to explode.
During the trial, the court heard how Mohammed, found guilty of conspiracy to murder, turned so that his bomb faced a mother and child before attempting to detonate the device. The entire attack was caught clearly on the carriage’s two CCTV cameras.”

72-year old Arthur Burton-Garbett, who chased the young terrorist, said “I would have been faster but the year before I had a gall bladder removed, otherwise I’d have been fitter. But nobody helped. They were like dummies.“
Yep, that sounds like most people, Arthur…
Retired engineer George Brawley grappled with Mohammed who “came running up the platform like Linford Christie”.
“I grabbed him by his forearms. I did not know what to do to stop him. But he broke free easily. He got past me without breaking step. I did my best, but he was too slippery.”
I cannot believe the multiplicity…
