Continuing destruction of the natural world is affecting the health, wealth and well-being of people around the globe, according to a major UN report.

The Global Environment Outlook says most trends are going the wrong way.”

Yup, that sounds like us.

…and ended up helping the Samaritan. I kid you not. They’re not magicians, they’re people just like us and, as such, there are arseholes amongst them.

You have no friends, no family in the country and you don’t have any meaningful relationship with your neighbours. You have no-one to talk to, and no one to turn to.

And you’re alone in your house for 16 days. With no-one to talk to, apart from phonecalls to your partner who should have been with you for the 16 days but for the actions of a single, twisted human being.

This is where I am right now.

How would you cope? What would you do to keep yourself mentally well? I don’t need things to do, those I have aplenty…my Mother left me CHORES to have done before she comes home, but mentally? I’m in a bad place.

…who benefitted from loads of positive publicity when they pledged a day’s wages to a hardship fund for nurses and have so far failed to actually hand over the money.

My partner and I used to fly between each others countries with easyJet. One time I tried to book a return flight and there was only the option to book a single and no word why. So I booked a single thinking they were still working out the new timetable. Then I discovered, because my partner called easyJet, that the reason I couldn’t book a flight the next month was because they were stopping the route altogether. Without so much as a by-your-leave! And, when I called them and asked them to refund my single fare, as I would no longer be able to GET HOME, they instead offered me a voucher for another flight with them, where I can afford to go I have no idea.

Now Transavia, whom we now fly with, is doing the same thing. The web site says nothing, an airport news site I read especially to keep up with these details says nothing, nowhere can I find anything that tells me we are no longer going to be able to fly a bit cheaper and easier than with KLM. So I called Transavia and they just calmly said we don’t have any more flights to Amsterdam from there……

Long-distance relationships are hard enough without your bloody method of transport keep being taken away from you. I’m near to tears here, joking around aside. KLM flights can easliy be way out of my price league and my partner has to pay twice as much as me to do the same journey, despite them being her National airline. So she will be able to come here less……

I have to care for my elderly Mother or I would go and live with my partner. For now we’re stuck with this ever-changing situation.

Here’s an excerpt from a TV interview he did in 2004 after the death of the former Pantera guitarist, Dimebag Darrell Abbott. Darrell was a great fan of KISS and was heavily influenced by Ace Frehley. He once said that, had there not been a Ace Frehley, there wouldn’t have been a Dimebag Darrel. He had Frehley’s face and autograph tattooed on his chest, and, when he died, his family contacted KISS’ people and asked for a KISS Kasket for him.

(Yes there really was a KISS coffin. There was a KISS anything…courtesy of Simmons’s insatiable lust for money and general all-round cheesiness.)

Cosby: Now, I understand there was something special. This just came down recently. Darrell Abbott’s family requested something sort of special tied with your band. Tell us about it.

Simmons: Well, I wasn’t really prepared to talk about it, but the family requested, as a personal issue between the family and the grieving people who are going to be there, to send a Kiss Kasket. We initially did it as a promotion. And you know, I think it meant a lot to Darrell when, you know — when he was alive, he gave lots of people great joy. I mean he had the band tattooed onto his chest. He was a major figure in rock and roll. He’s going to be greatly missed. And the family wish — you know the one last wish they had was that he be buried in a Kiss Kasket. And I think it’s a private matter for the family and the fans actually.

Well, if it’s a private matter which you weren’t prepared to talk about, should you really have been talking about it on FOX News!

And Darrel didn’t have the band tattooed on his chest, he only had Ace tattooed there, you fool.

Now, excuse me while I seek out a reputable tattoo artiste……..

Oh and another thing – who told gene Simmons his life was interesting? He and his boring family are BORING, BORING and BORING. The Osbournes at least were all interesting characters in their own right, funny even and their show was ground-breaking and it was hugely entertaining to see celebrities with vast wealth and fame acting like mongs and having strange things happen to them just like the rest of us.

But – the premise that Gene Simmons thinks he’s God (see my “Ace Frehley is God” post) and is a control freak (which he is) but is secretly being emasculated by his cunning wife and children is just inane. And it isn’t at all believable because another thing Gene Simmons is crap at is acting.

Okay, I’m going for a lie down now, yes……
